The atmosphere of the hotel made it feel very inviting.
I was disappointed with our room, which lacked windows, leaving it dark and suffocating. The breakfast system was confusing and not quite what we expected. a fancy partner restaurant didn’t fit our idea of local cuisine. Additionally, we faced challenges during check-in, which added to our stress, it felt disorganized and left us frustrated.

The outdoor plunge pool was perfect for relaxing, and we enjoyed the peaceful vibe it offered. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a little spotty at times, but it didn't really ruin our fantastic experience! 😊

The time spent here was enjoyable, especially sitting on the balcony with a view of the city. I appreciated the air conditioning and the modern amenities in the room. I had a smooth arrival thanks to its location close to major sites. I’m often exploring art and history, so the surrounding attractions added to the experience.
I experienced some sound issues. the noise from other rooms was noticeable. The shower lacked hot water during my stay.

Couple’s hidden gem
The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome right from the start. I was amazed at the breakfast options at the nearby restaurant, it's amazing how they adjusted to our early schedule.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but worth it for the serene escape we got.

In a pleasantly relaxed area, the hotel’s location allows easy access to excellent dining and scenic walking paths. The staff, especially Maria and Melissa, offered thoughtful service that made the stay enjoyable. The room was beautifully arranged, featuring high ceilings and a spacious balcony great for city views. However, there were some sound issues from adjacent rooms, and the breakfast system could use more clarity.

Cozy oasis in the heart of the city!
Had a relaxing stay! I loved hanging out in the outdoor dining area with a coffee. The room was big and comfy, just missing a window. But the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Staff were super friendly and helpful, making it feel really homey. Just a bit noisy at times from the outside.
